WHEN WE DELIVER
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 7pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days). A signature is requested upon delivery. If you're not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it two more times on the next working days. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbour for your parcel to be left with, you can add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.

RETURNS
We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt, or to your nearest store within 1 month of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Currently customers have two options for making a return:
• By Post: All items purchased on Topshop.com can be posted back to us
• To Store: Customers in the UK and EIRE can return items to the nearest store (excluding Department Stores)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item. Please note, All items that are part of our concession brand collections (marked with an '**' on your order confirmation) can only be returned to our website. Our stores will be unable to return these items for you.
Please be aware that items can only be returned if they have all of the barcode tags intact, so don't remove them if you're thinking of sending them back!
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
